Founder and CEO of LQ Pay, LLC., Shashi’s passion for innovative technology, financially-based solutions, and solving complex business problems is undeniable. He has thirty+ years of technical and executive management experience in developing and growing information technology based companies. Shashi has amassed deep expertise in all aspects of the payments business across multiple industries. His hands-on experience in software design, development, and implementation, as well as operations and creating business opportunities are key ingredients to our success. Most recently Shashi was the Co-founder & CEO of Adaptive Payments, Inc., acquired by Mastercard in 2015. Prior engagements include a host of C-level positions with Equifax, Telecredit (now Fidelity Information Services), TeleVoice, WildCard Systems (now Fidelity Information Services), and Ygomi LLC.
C. Christian Sautter

As outside General Counsel, Chris handles all legal, regulatory, contractual, and compliance matters. Chris has extensive expertise in drafting and negotiating complex software licensing and development agreements, financing packages and service and support contracts. Chris also has experience in handling the legal aspects of company formation, strategic management of multiple private equity offerings, corporate governance, real estate and facilities issues, compensation plans and litigation management, as well as implementations of merger and acquisition plans. With a client mix requiring broad transaction experience, Chris’ representations include numerous well-known technology and payment companies, including a leading emergency room medical software developer, electronic payments software developers, south Florida Audi distributor and venture capital investment firm. Chris also served as outside General Counsel for Adaptive Payments, Inc.
Amy L. Crawford
EVP – Growth Strategies/Business Development
Amy is involved in all aspects of building and growing this early stage company, including product development, business development, market strategies, operations, and strategic partnerships. Amy is exceptionally skilled at creating business and operational strategies designed to build and sustain value. Amy has an extensive, diverse background in Healthcare IT/medical software for both mature and emerging technologies as well as executive human resources management. Prior to joining LQ Pay, Amy served as EVP, veEDIS Clinical Systems, LLC, a “best-of-breed” EHR for hospital emergency departments and CareTRAK™, a real-time, intelligent clinical decision support tool. With more than 20 years of experience leading and developing businesses and building relationships, particularly in the dynamic software and healthcare industries.
Kalyan Kumar Ravi
EVP – Technology
Leading a highly scalable offshore development team, Kalyan is responsible for our solutions architecture & software development. He is an exceptionally talented “Technocrat” with 15+ years’ experience in software engineering and expertise in a host of programming languages, web applications, technology infrastructure, security protocols, as well as database design and maintenance. Leveraging his business acumen, Kaylan has specialized skills in understanding and analyzing business needs and translating requirements in to innovative solutions. He is adept at managing software development life cycles, Waterfall and agile methodologies (Scrum Framework), and carries with him extensive experience on Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard compliant environment (PCI-DSS) in data center operations. Kalyan has been a vital player in numerous projects with both domestic and international organizations, including Adaptive Payments, Inc. He is a tremendous asset to our team.
